Lifehacker’s got some ideas for you on how to stop snoozing and get yourself out of bed.
In addition to choosing an alarm clock that works for you, the author suggests that getting out of bed is actually about practice.
“Let’s be clear here: you can’t go from sleeping in until 11 a.m. everyday to happily waking up at 5 a.m. You’ll need to train and practice. That means resetting your inner clock and training yourself slowly over time,” the story reads. (Read the full piece here.)
