According to the newly expanded 2015 Recruiter Nation Survey, recruiters’ priorities are all over the map, from improving the quality of hire (28%) to growing the talent pipeline (24%) to increasing their focus on passive talent (5%). We could all use an extra hand or two.
Priorities are expected to splinter even more going into 2016. With 67% of recruiters expecting even more hiring competition than before, recruiters are having to wear more hats than ever to get the job done.
To get a better picture of the situation, put together based on responses from over 1,400 social recruiting and human resources professionals. They looked at everything from what recruiters look for in a candidate’s social profile to the current state of job-hunting.
