If you’re digitally savvy, here’s an event you won’t want to miss: the first-ever Mashable Online Career Expo.
This one-of-a-kind online career fair will connect smart digital talent with employers from New York to Washington, D.C. And it will be powered by Brazen Careerist! Check it out especially if you have a few years of work experience under your belt.
At the expo on July 31, job seekers and employers will use Brazen’s real-time online event platform to chat one-on-one (just like gchat, IM style!). Employers will get a snapshot of the job seekers’ resume, background and social profile, and job seekers will have a chance to check out all the awesome companies looking for digital talent in the fields of social media, technology, business and marketing.
Registration will open in mid-June, but you can get on the invite list here.
Are you an employer who needs digital talent? You can sign up now — and space is limited, so we recommend grabbing a spot at the early registration rate.
Here’s more from Mashable’s blog post announcing the event:
The online career expo builds on Mashable’s ongoing commitment to connect the best careers and candidates in digital. Our job board lists hundreds of current opportunities, and our editorial team consistently offers resources ranging from “The Beginner’s Guide to LinkedIn” to “6 Ways to Get a Tech Job Without a Tech Degree.” We think the online career expo adds a new, real-time twist to the digital career space, and hope to bring it to more regions in the future.
Hope to see you July 31!
