Many of us have had the thought. We’re doing something—some normal daily routine or something outside our regular zone of expertise—and we think “I wish there was ‘an app for that.'”
For most of of, the thought stops there. But if you’re of the more creative and entrepreneurial sort, the next thought to follow is usually “I wonder how much money you could make if you created an app for that…”
It may not be as hard as you think. Benny Hsu, a blogger with no prior iPhone development experience, created a 99-cent app that netted him over $30,000 in his first month of sales.
